Handicap Foursomes Match Play
• One qualifying round.
• Eight pairs to qualify on nett score, followed by match play.
• Played on handicap.
• Partners do not necessarily need to be in the same grade/division.
• The combined handicaps of each pair is halved, if 0.5, the handicap will be rounded
up to next figure e.g. combined handicap = 31, handicap for that pair will be 16.
• Strokes to be given at appropriate holes – using stroke index.
• Tie for 8th position to be decided on a count back.
Match Play Final
Final must be refereed. If tied after 18 holes, the match will continue until a result is
achieved.
